Enchant Christmas Is Returning To Tropicana Field This Winter

Enchant Christmas Returns To The Trop

One of St. Pete’s biggest holiday attractions is officially coming back to Tropicana Field. Enchant Christmas is set to return from November 20th through December 27th, 2026, bringing its massive walk-through light maze, ice skating trail, Santa visits, seasonal food and drinks, holiday shopping, entertainment, and photo-worthy displays back inside The Trop.

The event is known for turning stadiums into full holiday worlds, and for many locals, Enchant has become one of those experiences tied to real memories. Families have made it part of their Christmas season, kids remember walking through the lights, and couples have had their own big moments there too. For us, Enchant will always be special because it is where I proposed to Soudabah, which makes seeing it return to St. Pete even more meaningful.

Away From St. Pete Since 2023

Enchant has not been at Tropicana Field since 2023, so its return marks the comeback of a holiday event that many locals have been missing. Tropicana Field also went through a major disruption after Hurricane Milton damaged the stadium roof in October 2024, forcing repairs and temporarily changing how the venue could be used.

That history makes this return feel bigger than a regular holiday calendar listing. The Trop has been part of major conversations in St. Pete over the past few years, from storm damage and repairs to the future of the stadium itself. Now, with Enchant coming back, the building gets to welcome people in again for something bright, nostalgic, and family-focused.

A New Nutcracker-Themed Light Maze

This year’s event will feature a new maze adventure called Night of the Nutcrackers, giving returning visitors a fresh theme instead of a repeat of past years. Guests can expect the oversized light displays Enchant is known for, along with immersive installations, holiday characters, festive photo spots, ice skating, food, drinks, shopping, entertainment, and Santa.

It is the kind of event that works for a lot of different crowds. Parents can bring kids for the lights and Santa, couples can make a date night out of it, and friend groups can go for the photos, food, and holiday atmosphere. The whole experience is designed to feel like a full night out, not just a quick stop for decorations.

St. Pete Gets A Major Holiday Tradition Back

The return of Enchant gives St. Pete another big reason to gather during the holiday season. It brings energy back to Tropicana Field, gives local families a major Christmas attraction close to home, and adds another festive option to a city that already loves a good seasonal tradition.

For anyone who has been before, this comeback may feel like a familiar piece of the holidays returning after a long pause. For anyone going for the first time, it is a chance to experience one of the biggest holiday light events in the country right here in St. Pete.
