Taste of the Beaches Returns With $10 Restaurant Deals Across Pinellas County
Share
Eating your way through Pinellas County is about to become considerably cheaper. Taste of the Beaches returns October 3rd through October 11th with dozens of participating restaurants offering specially selected food and drink combinations for just $10 each.
The annual event stretches beyond a single beach town, giving diners nine days to explore restaurants from Tierra Verde and St. Pete Beach to Treasure Island, Madeira Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Clearwater Beach, and several mainland Pinellas communities. With restaurant prices continuing to climb, finding anything substantial for $10 can feel increasingly rare. Some of these offers include an entire meal, side, and drink, making the event one of the more affordable ways to try several local restaurants without committing to the usual dinner bill.
What $10 Can Still Get You at the Beach
Taste of the Beaches is not built around tiny samples served beneath a festival tent. Guests purchase individual $10 tickets and redeem them directly at participating restaurants during their regular business hours. Each ticket is connected to one specific offer, allowing diners to choose exactly where they want to go and what they want to try.
The 2026 lineup includes everything from fresh seafood and Cuban food to burgers, tacos, coffee, pastries, cocktails, and local beer. Coco’s Crush Bar & Grill is offering a Maryland style crab cake sandwich with a side and an Orange Crush. Copper Kettle has huevos rancheros paired with a latte, while Billy’s Stone Crab is serving a seafood sampler with scallops, coconut shrimp, grouper nuggets, and calamari.
Other offers include mahi tacos from Island Grill & Raw Bar, grouper nuggets from Sculley’s Seafood Restaurant, a Cuban sandwich with rice and beans from Pipo’s Cuban Cafe, and a butcher burger with fries and a drink from Beach Meats. Several participating restaurants are also pairing their food with beer, wine, cocktails, or mocktails, though guests should review each offer carefully before purchasing.
A Reason to Return to Pinellas County’s Beach Businesses

The timing matters. Restaurants along the Pinellas beaches have endured hurricane damage, extended closures, costly repairs, and a recovery that did not end when the floodwater disappeared. Even businesses that reopened quickly have faced the larger challenge of convincing residents and visitors that the beaches are ready for them again.
Taste of the Beaches was originally created to bring customers into beach restaurants during a traditionally slower stretch of the year. That purpose carries even more weight following the destruction and disruption experienced by coastal communities. A $10 restaurant special may sound like a simple promotion, but collectively, those visits can introduce customers to places they have never tried, bring former regulars back, and put money directly into businesses still rebuilding their footing.
That makes this more than another food event. It is an opportunity to explore Pinellas County’s restaurant scene while making a deliberate decision to support the communities that depend heavily on local dining and tourism. Instead of spending the entire nine days returning to the same familiar restaurant, this may be the moment to cross the bridge, drive farther up Gulf Boulevard, and finally try the place you have passed a dozen times.
How Taste of the Beaches Works
Guests begin by reviewing the participating restaurants and selecting the offers they want to try. One $10 ticket is required for each restaurant offer. Tickets can be purchased online or picked up at designated locations throughout Pinellas County. Tickets may then be redeemed at the corresponding restaurants from October 3rd through October 11th. Restaurant schedules vary, so diners should confirm operating hours before making the drive. Some offers also include alcohol, which requires guests to meet legal age requirements.
A portion of the 2026 proceeds will benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters, adding a charitable component to every ticket purchased. The official event page contains the current restaurant lineup, offer descriptions, addresses, and ticket information. With nine days, dozens of restaurants, and an unusually large number of meals available for only $10, the real challenge may be deciding how many stops can reasonably fit into one week.
